of the top 15 players in the league. The change is to gradually reduce players' points, which will flatten the overall qualification. In addition, players who have been inactive for years have a correspondingly reduced ranking. The changes will allow players with lower scores to get to the top of the league faster. Of course, only if they actively enjoy the game and report the results :)
